Processing Time
Please refer to the individual product listing for its specific processing/ship-by time — each product page has its own shipping time details. Our default shipping method is air express. In general, standard in-stock fiber patch cables ship within 3–6 business days of your order. Bulk purchases and custom orders follow the lead time agreed in the applicable contract. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We ship using the following carriers, depending on destination:
- International orders (outside Mainland China/Hong Kong/Macau and Taiwan): FedEx or DHL
- Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau: SF Express
- Taiwan: SF Express or Chunghwa Post (Taiwan Post)
A tracking number is provided as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Costs
Shipping cost depends on destination and package weight; the applicable rate and any free-shipping threshold for your region are shown at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. We provide the necessary shipping documentation to support customs clearance, but we can't control how long customs processing takes in any given country. If your shipment is delayed in customs, contact us at info@speedyfiber.com and we'll help you track it down.
